Purchase Order Splitting Odoo Apps
Split and Extract Purchase Order Odoo App helps users to configure or allow access to split/extract purchase RFQ. Users can easily check or uncheck all purchase order lines using buttons and also manually select purchase order lines. Using split function users can easily split selected order lines and create a new order and remove selected lines from the existing order and using extract function easily extract selected order lines without removing selected lines from the existing order.
Configure Extract/Split Purchase RFQ
Under user configuration tick on allow to extract/split purchase RFQ.
Check or Uncheck button on Purchase Order Lines
Using check or uncheck button, User can easily select or unselect all purchase order lines.
Easy to Split Purchase RFQ
User can easily split selected order lines and create a new order and remove selected lines from the existing order.
Easy to Extract Purchase RFQ
User can easily extract selected order lines and create a new order without removing selected lines from the existing order.
Configuration for Allow Extract/Split Purchase RFQ
Under user configuration you can tick on "Allow Extract/Split Purchase RFQ" checkbox.
Click on Check Button to Select All Products
When you click on check button, All products selected of purchase order lines and ready to extract or split.
Click on Uncheck Button to Unselect All Products
When you click on uncheck button, All products unselected of purchase order lines.
Manually Check or Uncheck Products on Purchase Order Lines
Select Products and Click on 'SPLIT' Button
You can select products from purchase order lines and click on 'SPLIT' button so purchase split wizard will be open.

When open purchase split wizard, You can select 'New' or 'Existing' split option.

After splited order, You can see splited button in Purchase RFQ.

After splited order, You can see new purchase RFQ is generated.

After splited order, Under 'Other Info' tab you can see splited purchase RFQ number.
Select Products and Click on 'SPLIT' Button
You can select products from purchase order lines and click on 'SPLIT' button so purchase split wizard will be open.

You can select products from purchase order lines and click on 'EXTRACT' button.

Warning / Validataion
When you click on 'SPLIT' OR 'EXTRACT' button without creating a purchase order lines then warning raised.
When you click on 'SPLIT' OR 'EXTRACT' button without selection of purchase order lines then warning raised.
