Level Configuration
Define multiple escalation levels with unique names. Assign default assignees for each level to streamline the escalation process.

Automatic Escalation
Automatically route tickets to the next escalation level based on predefined rules.

Integration with Helpdesk Tickets
Extend the Helpdesk ticket form to include escalation information. Track the current escalation level and assigned personnel for each ticket.
