Also able to create invoice from the tour booking, hotel booking etc.Also you don't need to worry about the commission of Agent, We will provide configurable setup for calculate commission for agent and once tour if booked for that specific agent, commission is also generated for that agent.

You can generate supplier invoice for the commission and pay commission amount via register payment .

Send Tour Itinerary

Send Itinerary to the customer using button "Send To Customer", Manager can refuse or approve the itinerary using button "Approve" and "Refuse".

Create Tour Booking from Lead

Create Tour booking by clicking "Tour Booking" button from the lead.

Enter tour booking details to book a tour.

Created Tour view

Created tour view from the lead.

Tour Creator Report

Reports for Tour Creator can be generated.

Warning on confirming Booking

Warning will be shown when the selected Tour is not in confirm state.

Sale order and Invoice in Tour Booking

Sale order gets created on clicking "Create Quotation" button from tour booking and on create invoice from that sale order,invoice will be appear on Tour Booking.

Book Seat from Tour Booking

On clicking "Book Seat" tour will be booked with creation of the hotel reservation, transport booking ,visa booking from Tour Booking with respect to the information provided by customer.

Send Mail to Hotel

"Send To Hotel" button will get appear after approving the hotel reservation,send mail to the hotel from Hotel Reservation by clicking "Send To Hotel"

Invoices are created from the Hotel Reservation on clicking "Confirm Booking" ,button appears after the reservation gets approved, Invoices gets create for Hotel and Customer.

Transport Booking from Tour Booking

This is the view of Transport Information which contains the information about the transport created from Tour Booking.

Invoices are created from the Transport Booking after the booking gets approved and on clicking "Confirm Booking",button appears after the booking gets approved, Invoices gets create for the Transporter and Customer.

This is the view of Visa Booking created from Tour Booking.

Smart button to view the created invoice from visa booking.

Hotel Information

This is the view that you will see in Hotel Information where you can give the Information in Details with the lucrative Images which is shown in figure below.

In custom tour, Customers can customize the tour as per their convenience.

Insurance

In Insurance part you can create the Insurance which you want to offer to the customers.

Agent Commission

In Agent Commission Invoice you can allocate a precise Commission Amount to the respected Agent.

Invoices

Easy navigation to the invoice through smart button.

Passport Booking

This is the view, you will see once you are done with the Passport booking.

Tour Booking from Website

This is the view of tour booking in website where customer can create or book tour directly from the website.

Tour Inquiry from Website

This is the view of tour inquiry in website where customer can create tour inquiry directly from the website.

Add Review from Mail

Once done the tour, Customer would be get an email notification about review and ratings.

Customer can give ratings and review about tour.

This Odoo app can not be used with Odoo Online (SaaS).

How can I install the module I bought ?

You need to copy paste the module that is inside the zip file to your addons folder. If you are installing the module into an existing database, you need to enable the Technical Features to click on Apps > Update Modules List. Your new module will now appear in the list of modules that you can install.

Hello

I notice your back office module for tour booking and tour management. Do you also provide the front office module, where final customers can directly book tours or travels (and pay) by themselves on the website ?
