Selective Bill Synchronization: Businesses can select bills to be synced with Bill.com and can unsync any bills that are not needed in Bill.com.
Vendor updates: The integration allows for the synchronization and updating of vendor details from Odoo to Bill.com.

How to Install

Go to the Odoo Apps and find the Odoo-Bill.com Integration module then Install it.

How Bill.com-Odoo Integration works

Go to the SETTINGS app in the Odoo, then find the Bill.com Configurations section. Now, enter the credential of your Bill.com account like Username, Password, Developer Key, Organization Key, Base URL and User Id. Once all credentials are added, SAVE the setting and test the Connection to Authenticate it.

Sync Vendors

Open the Accounting app
-
Go to the Navigation bar and click on Vendors.

Select Vendors from the drop-down menu.

Select the Vendor/Vendors you want to sync to bill.com.

Click on Action
-
Select sync to bill.com

By following these steps, you can easily sync Vendor/s to bill.com via this module.
Sync Bills

Open the Accounting app
-
Go to the Navigation bar and click on Vendors.

Select Bills from the drop-down menu.

Select the Bill or Multiple Bills you want to sync to Bill.com.

Click on Action
-
Select Sync bill to bill.com

One thing to remember here is that the bills from Odoo that you want to sync in bill.com, the vendors of that particular bill must be synced with bill.com.
Sync Bank Account

Open the profile of the vendor whose bank account you want to sync to bill.com.

Go to the Accounting section.

Click on View account detail. (You can find it bottom)

Add Bank Account Details of Vendor and SAVE it.

Now, back to the Accounting section in Vendors profile. You can find the SYNC ACCOUNT button. Click over it & that is it.

By following this process, Vendors Bank Account is synced easily to bill.com.
Sync Bill Status

Go to your Bill.com Account and Open Bills section.

Make Payment of bill/bills.

Go to your Odoo Account.(Open the Accounting App.)

Go to the Navigation bar and Click on Configuration -> Select Bill Sync Scheduler.

Configure Automatic Action and wait till automatic action happens or Click on RUN MANUALLY.

Go to the Bills page and Select the particular Bill which you have made payment on Bill.com and see the Sync Bill Status as follows.

Update Bills / Vendors

You can easily update bills by selecting a particular bill or multiple bills at once. For that Click on Actions, and Select Update Bills to bill.com

Vendors update process is as same as mentioned above.
Search Synced Bills In Odoo

Go to the Accounting > Vendors > Bills in Odoo.

Click on Filter -> Select Synced with Bill.com

By doing this, Only those bills will show which are synced to bill.com.
Search Synced Vendors In Odoo

Go to the Accounting > Vendors > Vendors in Odoo.

Click on Filter -> Select Synced with Bill.com

By doing this, Only those Vendors will show which are synced to bill.com.

Goto the Settings app in the Odoo, then find the Bill.com Configurations section. Now, enter the credential of your Bill.com account like Username, Password, Developer Key, Organization Key, Base URL and User Id. Open the “Accounting” app. ->Go to the Navigation bar and click on Vendors. ->Select “Vendors” from the drop-down menu
Select the Vendor/Vendors you want to sync to bill.com. ->Click on “Action” ->Select “sync to bill.com”
Open the “Accounting” app. ->Go to the Navigation bar and click on Vendors. ->Select “Bills” from the drop-down menu.
Select the Bill or Multiple Bills you want to sync to Bill.com. ->Click on “Action”. ->Select “Sync bill to bill.com”
Open the profile of the vendor whose bank account you want to sync to bill.com. ->Go to the Accounting section. ->Click on “View account detail”. (You can find it bottom)
