Rental Subsystem - Advanced
Module is a collection of utilities, added in product/service/equipment rental activities
With these improvements, it will bring a more comprehensive experience to each individual/organisation that will or is using the odoo business management system.

Regulations on sales and rentals only to customers
- - Optimise customer data in sales/rental orders
- - Only newly created customers are allowed to be selected from the Sales/Rental module
- - Main purpose: Avoid the appearance of a lot of unnecessary contact information (internal internal contacts, other contacts, etc.)
Regulations on sales and rentals only to customers
Allows users to self-regulate rental price change cycles for each product/service From what day to what day a cycle will start, and the rental price during that cycle
Set up deposit calculation rules
For products/services that require a deposit when renting, there will be a separate menu to specify how the deposit is calculated
- By each product/service or by group or classification
- Calculate deposit according to tax time, deposit price, and % of product/service value
Add necessary information about rental activities
Based on the leasing method that many businesses in Vietnam are applying, the module will add additional information
- Rental date, return date according to sales order
- Actual return date
- Deposit
- Batch/serial numbers and products/equipment managed by code
- Calculate rental values when rental activities begin/end: Rent, overdue money, discounts, deposit refunds,...
Add fees to ongoing leases
With the feature, users will be able to apply it to handle real-life problems such as
- Resolve the need to renew, suspend rental,...
- Need to refund/additional rental fee due to objective problem.
Added a menu listing current rental schedules
Different from the current rental schedule menu, this calendar menu will note all available rental schedules in the system.
Including draft, ongoing, and completed rental applications. Make it possible for users
- Track and use the calendar in a more general way
- Convenient in making statistical reports as needed
Add a report table by rental product
The report page will provide statistics for each product in the rental application, and will have many statistical options
