INTEGRATED FAST DELIVERY FEATURE
Odoo- Fast Delivery provides all the necessary features for a delivery process. Businesses can create delivery orders for the express delivery department with basic operations. Once synchronized, tracking the delivery status at Odoo will be easy.
Configuration
Go to menu Sales > Configuration > Shipping Methods > Select Express Delivery.
Download the list of provinces and cities. Once the download is complete, the Complete button will be checked
Record store information on the GHN account in the Stores tab.
After completing all steps, the user selects Test connection. If the system reports that everything is fine, the connection has succeeded.
Main functions
Place orders for GHN
Users go to the Sales menu > select Order > Quote > Create. Select delivery method as Express Delivery.
Shipment Details
Delivery information will default to the information of the selected delivery address or users can customize the delivery information in this Tab.
Automatically calculate delivery fees
Then, when you have complete delivery information, to see the delivery fee Click Get Free, this fee will be automatically calculated by the GHN system after the system transmits the delivery address and quantity. After calculating, GHN will pay about delivery fees under Odoo.
Create a bill of lading to push shipping orders to GHN
Confirm the order, then on the Order Information tab select Create Bill of Lading
