INTEGRATED ECONOMIC DELIVERY FEATURE
Integrating the Economy Delivery system with Odoo gives customers a seamless transition from inventory management until the order is delivered to the customer.
Benefits
- Automatically update product information including product code, product type, unit of measure, product weight from Odoo via Economy Delivery.
- Automatically update customer records including name, phone number, and delivery address from Odoo via Economy Delivery.
- Automatically synchronize payment methods and shipping fees in orders from Odoo via Economy Delivery.
- Automatically return delivery note information including waybill code, delivery status, estimated delivery time and delivery completion time
Configuration
Go to menu Sales > Configuration > Shipping Methods > Select Economy Shipping.
Record store information on the savings delivery account in the Stores tab
After completing all steps, the user selects Test connection. If the system reports that everything is fine, it means the connection has been successful.
Main functions
Create orders for economical delivery
Users go to the Sales menu > select Order > Quote > Create. Select delivery method as Economy Delivery.
Shipment Details
Delivery information will default to the information of the selected delivery address or users can customize the delivery information in this Tab.
Calculate delivery fees
Then, when you have complete delivery information, to see the delivery fee Click Get Free, this fee will be automatically calculated by the GHTK system after the system transmits the delivery address and quantity. After calculating, GHTK will pay about delivery fees under Odoo
Create bill of lading
The user selects order confirmation, then on the Order Information tab select Send ship order.
