CONNECT MISA ELECTRONIC INVOICES
Permissions: In the menu Settings > Users & Companies > Users.
Configuring the connection between MISA's electronic invoices and Odoo.
- Module E-Invoice MISA > Configuration > E-invoice partner:
- Create a connection using HSM :
- Create a connection using Token:
- Once the connection is successful, press "Synchronize metadata" to synchronize the sample invoice data.
Issue an invoice to the MISA electronic invoice based on the Odoo invoice:
Access the menu Accounting > Customers > Invoices:
Click "Create E-invoice"to generate a draft electronic invoice in preparation for issuance to MISA.
Click "Apply"to create the electronic invoice:
Click "Confirm"to confirm the electronic invoice:
Continue by clicking "Issue the E-invoice" > "OK"to issue the electronic invoice:
After successfully issuing the invoice, the Odoo system will save the electronic invoice as a PDF and store the information returned by MISA's electronic invoice system:
Click on the PDF file to download the electronic invoice from Odoo
After issuing the electronic invoice to MISA, Odoo allows for the adjustment of the electronic invoice, replacement of the electronic invoice, cancellation of the electronic invoice, or conversion to a paper certificate.
- Adjust the electronic invoice.
When you click on the "Adjustment" function, the system will create an Adjustment electronic invoice (Status "Draft" and electronic invoice status "Adjustment invoice").
For the adjusted electronic invoice, it will also handle the necessary adjustments and then proceed to "Confirm".
- Replace the electronic invoice.
When you click on this function, the system will create a new replacement electronic invoice. At this point, the status of the replacement invoice will be in "Draft" and the electronic invoice status will be "Replace." For the replaced electronic invoice, it will also handle the necessary adjustments and then proceed to "Confirm."
- Cancel the electronic invoice.
When a user selects the "Cancel" function on the electronic invoice, the status bar will change to "Cancel."
