The module provides comprehensive KPI and BSC Assessment capabilities, including all features for businesses to:

• Specify KPI calculation data according to each individual criterion.
• Statistics/reports on business activities of each department and individual.

Users will create their own KPI and BSC value measures based on actual business calculation regulations

• Determine KPIs for any business activities (Order Closing, Project Completion, Production, Employee Work Performance,...)
• Select the general calculation method:
  • - According to the company, different branches.
  • - According to the user data confirm the calculation.
  • - According to the formula (average, counting, sum,...)
  • - By date (implementation, completion, handover,...)
• In case a Measurement has advanced calculations ⇒ there is still the ability to develop additional advanced Measurement configurations based on the original configuration.
• You can also set up Measurement using Python code (for technical experts).

Users will have the right to set the KPI profit calculation formula, how to summarize and display profit results

• The main formula will be based on Measurement rules
• Selectable display method: Percent, quantity, Total number
• Number of rounding digits when calculating decimal values
• Additional prefixes/suffixes in yield values

View business data statistics according to prescribed KPI and BSC

The system will automatically calculate KPI profits when the system generates business activities that fall within the KPI targets

Here, users will conveniently track the target profit and actual profit achieved for each target

• With red profit target lines ⇒ Not reaching the KPI of the set target
• With Green profit target lines ⇒ Achieve the KPI of the set target

Adjust cron to automatically calculate KPI

• Turn off or start cron to automatically calculate KPIs
• Specify when to run cron periodically
• Write additional Python code according to usage needs
