FPT SMS
The module includes the function of connecting to the FPT Call Center and through the switchboard, performing SMS sending activities at Odoo
Features
- Synchronize SMS messages sent from the switchboard
- Send basic SMS messages to customers/employees
- Send SMS using template:
- Order confirmation
- Complete the order
- Happy birthday
Main activities
Configure FPT connection
Users will fill in Client ID, Client Secret, and Brand Name information according to the content provided by FPT SMS.
For user convenience, the module will also provide two connection-running environments
- Testing - Sandbox endpoint
- Reality - Live endpoint
Send a message to any phone number
- At the module's SMS menu, users will be able to create SMS and send it to anyone.
Send a message according to the form
- In addition to the feature of manually sending basic messages, the system will also provide automatically sent message templates, including: Order confirmation, Order completion, Happy birthday.
- For each of these templates, there is suggested template content available, but users can still adjust it according to their needs.
Order confirmation
- When an order is confirmed, the system will automatically send a confirmation SMS
Complete your order
- When one has completed the delivery notes for an order, the system will automatically send SMS notification of completed delivery.
Happy birthday
- With this message form, the system provides 2 ways to send, one way to send manually and one way to automatically send when the customer/employee's birthday arrives.
How to hand send:
- - Users will need to enter the contact/employee to send
- - Select SMS feature at phone number
- - Choose a message template (Use template)
Log connection and send history
- To check the system's connection and sending activities, users can go to the API history log to view connection/send processing statuses, error reasons…
