CONNECT VIETTEL ELECTRONIC INVOICES
Authorization: Tại menu Settings > users & Companies > users
Configuring the connection between Viettel's electronic invoices and Odoo
Issue invoices to Viettel electronic invoices based on Odoo invoices
Go to menu Account > customer > Invoices
Click “Create S- invoice” to create a draft invoice ready to be released to Viettel
Click on the newly created draft invoice to check or adjust the information that needs to be released:
Click “Confirm” to confirm the information to be released
Click “Issue the invoice” if you want to issue an electronic invoice to Viettel
Click “Issue the draft invoice” if you want to issue a draft invoice
After successful issuance, the Odoo system will save the pdf electronic invoice and the information returned by Viettel electronic invoice.
Click on the pdf file to download the electronic invoice file from odoo:
After issuing electronic invoices to Viettel, Odoo will allow canceling electronic invoices or updating electronic invoices.
- Cancel electronic invoice
After clicking Apply, the system will display a page detailing the information of the canceled e-invoice, including: Content of e-invoice on odoo and on Viettel e-invoice, Content of cancellation of e-invoice, Attached files - converted version, Status status on Viettel's phone number.
- Update electronic invoices
The e-invoice adjustments that will be provided in this function group will include: Modifying information, Adjusting money, Creating replacement invoices.
