why Cost Per Unit? and Total Cost ? cannot automatic changed ?

We have addressed the issue that you mentioned,
When you change the quantity of BOM components, the cost per unit and total cost will change accordingly. After adjusting the prices of BOM components you may need to add or remove components or adjust the quantities, in order for the total cost or unit cost to update automatically.
