Add What You Need
Open the Dashboard app and click + Add Block for a KPI tile or Add Graph for a chart.
Set Model & Display
Choose the Model (e.g. Sales Order), Operation (Sum / Average / Count), and Measured Field. Pick Tile or Chart type, then save.

Operation: Sum
Sum aggregates numeric field values (e.g. total sales amount).
Operation: Average
Average calculates the mean of the selected field across matching records.
Operation: Count
Count shows how many records match the filter.
