Know at a glance when every invoice was last paid. This module adds two automatic fields to customer invoices and vendor bills: the date of the most recent payment and a direct link to that payment.
The fields keep themselves up to date on their own. As soon as a payment is registered, reconciled or removed, the last payment date and reference are recalculated. No manual updates, and no need to open the payment history to find the latest payment.
When an invoice has several payments, the module always shows the most recent one, so your collections and cash-flow follow-up is based on real, current data.

- Download and install the module from Apps (it only requires the standard Accounting/Invoicing app).
- No configuration is needed: the new fields are ready to use right after installation.
- Open any invoice list and enable the optional Last Payment and Last Payment Date columns from the column selector.
Register a payment on an invoice as you normally would. The Last Payment and Last Payment Date fields fill in automatically.
In the invoice list, add the optional columns to sort or filter your receivables by their real last payment. In the invoice form, open the Other Info tab to see the Payment Data section with the last payment and its date.
If you unreconcile or delete a payment, the fields update immediately to reflect the new most recent payment (or clear when there is none).
