POS Mandatory Customer
The POS Mandatory Customer module allows you to make customer selection compulsory in the Point of Sale. The cashier cannot proceed to the payment screen unless a customer is selected, helping ensure proper customer tracking, accurate sales records, and better POS control.

- 🚫 Prevents the cashier from proceeding to the payment screen without selecting a customer.

⚙️ Workflow
- Go to Settings → Point of Sale → POS Customer Mandatory.
- Enable Require Customer on POS Order and save the settings.
- Open the POS product screen and add products to the cart.
- If the cashier clicks Payment without selecting a customer, an alert is shown.
- Once a customer is selected, the cashier can proceed to the payment screen normally.

Go to Settings → Point of Sale → POS Customer Mandatory and enable “Require Customer on POS Order” to make customer selection mandatory on the POS product screen.
