The POS Product Stock module allows you to display real-time product stock directly on POS product cards. It helps cashiers quickly check stock availability, identify low-stock products, and avoid selling unavailable items. With flexible configuration options such as stock type selection, color indicators, and stock restrictions, this module improves accuracy and efficiency in POS operations.

📝 Workflow
- Go to Settings → Point of Sale → POS Product Stock.
- Enable Stock Display to show product stock quantities directly on POS product cards.
- Select the Stock Type — On Hand Quantity or Forecasted Quantity.
- Enter the Low Stock Threshold to mark low-stock products.
- Select the Color Mode as Automatic or Custom Colors.
- Enable Hide Out-of-Stock Products to hide zero-stock items.
- Enable Prevent Order When Out-of-Stock and set a warning message.

1. POS Product Stock Settings
Go to Settings → Point of Sale → POS Product Stock. Enable “Stock Display” to show product stock quantities directly on POS product cards.
2. Select Stock Type
Select the Stock Type — either “On Hand Quantity” or “Forecasted Quantity” — according to your business needs.
3. Low Stock Threshold
Enter the Low Stock Threshold, as products at or below this quantity will be marked as low stock.
4. Color Mode Selection
Select the Color Mode as Automatic (Green / Orange / Red) or Custom Colors.
5. Stock Display on Product Cards
The product stock is successfully displayed on the product cards.
6. Custom Colors Configuration
Select the Color Mode as Custom Colors, then choose the Custom Badge Background and Custom Badge Text Color.
7. Custom Color Display
The product stock is successfully displayed on the product cards with the configured custom badge background and text color.
8. Hide Out-of-Stock Products
Enable “Hide Out-of-Stock Products” to completely hide products with zero stock in the POS.
9. Updated Product Cards
This is the updated product cards with zero-stock products hidden.
10. Prevent Out-of-Stock Orders
Enable “Prevent Order When Out-of-Stock” to block adding products to the POS order when stock is zero, and enter an Out-of-Stock Warning Message.
11. Out-of-Stock Warning
When a user tries to add a product with zero stock, an out-of-stock message will be displayed.
