2. Click Create
3. Select guest and vendor
4. Choose dates, room type, and board type
5. Add room number if known
6. Click Confirm when ready

1. Navigate to Concierge > Transfer Bookings
2. Click Create
3. Select guest and vendor
4. Enter pickup and drop-off locations
5. Choose vehicle type
6. Specify passenger count and luggage
7. Click Confirm when ready
