Empower your vendors with self-service access to purchase orders, deliveries and documents.
Features
Purchase Order Management
Vendors view all POs addressed to them in a paginated, sortable list. They can confirm or reject orders directly from the portal with a reason. Upload file attachments on each order. Every action posts a chatter message and sends an email notification to the buyer.
Delivery Tracking
Two-step shipment flow: vendors mark deliveries as shipped (with optional tracking reference), then confirm arrival at destination. Full visibility of products, quantities, scheduled dates and status. Delivery visibility is inherited from the related purchase order.
Vendor Dashboard
At-a-glance KPI cards showing open purchase orders and pending deliveries. Quick action buttons to navigate directly to orders or deliveries. Single entry point on the portal home page.
Automatic Access
No manual activation needed. Any partner with supplier rank > 0 and portal access automatically sees the vendor portal features. Standard Odoo purchase/invoice entries are hidden for vendors to avoid duplication.
Confirmation Dialogs
Every portal action shows a styled Bootstrap confirmation modal before proceeding. File uploads are validated client-side with a 25 MB limit.
