Warehouse Stock Restrictions
Overview
This module is design for managing access and security in complex inventory systems. By limiting which users can view or interact with specific warehouses , locations , Immediate and Planned Transfer , And You can also limit the number of sale order and sale warehouses , also restrict buttons like Return , Scrap , Unlock , and add validation on create record for specific user. An administrator assigns specific warehouses and stock locations to users. The assigned warehouses and locations become visible only to the assigned users, limiting their ability to interact with other parts of the warehouse. This setup ensures that users can only work with their designated areas, preventing unauthorized access to other user's stock or locations. This module is particularly useful in multi-warehouse or multi-location environments where different users need to access only certain areas of the business operations.

Warehouse Stock Restrictions
- Choose the user to whom you want to apply restrictions.
- Select 'Restrict Stock Warehouse' Option.
- From the Preferences you can select 'Default Warehouse Operations' and 'Default Warehouses'
- When you select 'Restrict Location' Option it will add another tab 'Allowed Stock Locations' from there.
- From 'Allowed Stock Locations' you can choose the allowed stock locations for particular user.
- Restrict Button Return , Scrap , Unlock and get validation on create Record for particular user when the group 'Restrict Button' is assign.
- User can view a set number of sale order within limit when 'Restrict Sale Order Limit' group is assign.
- Restrict Sale Order limit for particular Warehouse when 'Restrict Sale Warehouse' group is assign.
- Restrict Immediate and Planned Transfer for user when 'Restrict Transfer' Group is assign.
- Restrict Warehouse and it's record for user when 'Restrict Warehouse' Group is assign.
- Restrict Stock Location for user when 'Restrict Stock Location' Group is assign.
- Above all restrictions are created using record rule and access rights , so it will not affect the Administrator.
