CRM Lost Reason Transition

Beta License: AGPL-3 KMEE/kmee-odoo-addons

This Odoo module enhances the CRM app by introducing configurable transitions for lost leads. It allows sales managers to define redirection rules based on the loss reason and the current stage of the lead.

When a lead is marked as lost, the system automatically:

  • Redirects it to a specific sales team
  • Moves it to a specific recovery stage (pipeline column)

This ensures that each loss reason is handled by the appropriate recovery workflow.

Configuration

To configure this module, you need to:

  1. Go to CRM > Configuration > Lost Lead Transitions
  2. Click Create to add a new transition rule
  3. Fill in the following fields:
    • Loss Reason: The reason selected when the lead is marked as lost
    • Source Stage: The current stage of the lead
    • Target Team: The sales team that will handle the recovery
    • Target Stage: The stage where the lead should be placed in the recovery team
  4. Save the rule

Once configured, the system will automatically redirect lost leads to the defined team and stage, based on the selected loss reason and current pipeline stage.
