Customer Access by Sales Team

Restrict salespersons to customers assigned to their Sales Team, and allow access only to Sale Orders, CRM Leads, and Opportunities created by their own team.

Key Features

• Separate access rights for Team Leaders and Team Members.
• Administrators can assign customers to Sales Teams. Only Sales Administrators can see all customers.
• Team Leaders and Members can only select customers related to their Sales Team in Sales, CRM Leads, and Opportunities.
• Team Leaders and Members can view only Sale Orders, Leads, and Opportunities created by their own team.

How It Works

1. Assign Access Rights to Team Leader and Team Members

Go to Settings - Users and Companies - Users.

In this example, a Team Leader is given User: All Documents access, allowing them to view all records created by members of their team.

Team Members can be assigned User: Own Documents Only.
