ODOO SUPPORT REQUEST
This module facilitates the creation of support requests to Cybrosys directly from the system tray. It also allows for support requests via WhatsApp by providing the necessary details and attaching supporting documents.

Odoo Support Request.
Install Odoo Support Request
Open Support Form
Clicking the icon in the systray opens a wizard.
Submit Support Request
In the wizard, you can enter your name, email, and a detailed description of the problem. You can also attach a file related to the problem and specify whether the support needed is functional or technical. By clicking the submit button, a message will be displayed indicating whether the submission was successful.
If the support request is successfully created, an email will be sent to notify the user about the ticket, including its reference number.
Submit Support Request Through WhatsApp
Fill out the form and click "WhatsApp" to be redirected for sending messages.
