Import journal items from Danloen

New wizard creates journal entry from Danloen .txt file

Import .txt file from the Danish payroll system Danloen easily with this wizard.

Main Features:

  • New menu added in Accounting.
  • Export .txt file from Danloen and import it in Odoo.
  • Choose date, journal and company, and add a reference.
  • A draft journal entry is created. Simply check and validate.

A draft journal entry is created. Simply check and validate. The easiest way to update your payroll journal with journal items from Danløn.


PLEASE NOTE: when you set up the accounts in Danloen it is important that you do not post any journal items directly on the bank account. Instead you should use the account for Internal Transfers or something to that effect. When you post the imported payroll journal entry there can not be any items posted on the bank account as this will interfere with the following bank reconciliation. When posting the bank transfers that are carried out automatically by Danloen you should use the account for Internal Transfers in the bank reconciliation.
