Bulk Download Invoice Attachments
Overview
This module enables generating ZIP files with all attachments from selected invoices in Odoo 16. Perfect for audits, backups, or sending documentation to third parties.
Key Features
Bulk Download
Select multiple invoices and download all their attachments in a single ZIP file. Save time and effort when dealing with multiple documents.
Smart File Naming
Files are automatically named with the format: {invoice_reference}_{attachment_name}. Characters forbidden in filenames are replaced with underscores for compatibility.
Duplicate Management
If files with the same name exist, a counter is added automatically to avoid overwrites. No manual intervention needed.
Fast & Efficient
ZIP files are generated in memory for optimal performance. Uses ZIP_DEFLATED compression to reduce file size.
How to Use
Step 1: Go to Invoicing > Customers > Invoices (or Vendor Bills)
Step 2: Select one or more invoices by checking the checkboxes
Step 3: Click the Action button at the top
Step 4: Select "Generate Attachments ZIP"
Step 5: The ZIP file will download automatically
