Open POS configuration and enable order type as shown below

From point of sale configuration menu choose order types

Define your order types as you need

Open POS session and now you will find a button called "order type" click on it then a wizard will appear to select the order type from it

Also, See order type in pos receipt

Also, The orders list and form view have the order type inside it
