Expense prepayments app allow to post prepayments to employees and reimburse payments with expenses.
This app is integrated and dependent with employee expenses app.

Prepayments

Employee allow to create prepayment request for payment in advance before expenses

Approvals

Manager will approve the prepayment request for payment processing

Account Integration

A down payment request would generate in accounting and account office shall issue payments

Expenses

A new type of expenses "Prepayment Reimbursement adds that allow to submit expenses requests against each prepayment line

Reconciliation

Expenses would reconcile with prepayments line. A fully reconciled prepayment document would marked automatically as "Reconciled"

Installation

Step 1

Upload the module and dependent module directories into the folder. This module is dependent on core employee books Module

Step 2

Restart Odoo services if you deploy locally or at private cloud.

Step 3

Upgrade module in apps menu and install or upgrade the module

Configuration

Define prepayment types with GL accounts those must be enable reconciliation

Reconciliation

Reconciliation is based on the GL account configuration, 

Is this app compatible with Odoo Enterprise as well as Community?

Yes, the app works perfectly well with Odoo Enterprise (On-premise and Odoo.SH) as well as Community. Odoo Online (Cloud) does not allow installation of third-party apps and hence this app cannot be installed on Odoo Online.
