Delivery FedEx Extra Options
Description
This module is configured to send the extra information to FedEx.
Configuration
Go to Sales - - > Configuration - - > Shipping Methods.
There are several options available for “FedEx Service Type”
in the shipping methods such as FIRST_OVERNIGHT, PRIORITY_OVERNGHT etc.
For Instance, if you choose the “Fedex Service Type” as
“
FIRST_OVERNIGHT
”, then the “
FedEX One Rate Pricing
” boolean will be enabled under the “OPTIONS” only
when the shipping term is selected as “
Prepaid & Add
" in the Sale Order.
Functionality
Create a sale order, and the shipping term is selected as " Prepaid & Add ", Include the package details in the delivery order and then validate to view the tracking details of the “ FedEx One Rate Pricing” in the log note.
The same process works for the remaining “ FedEx Service Type” .
The selected “Fedex Service Type” “ FIRST OVERNIGHT ” will be visible in the Shipment Label.
When the “Signature Type” under Additional Info Tab of the Delivery Order is selected as “ Direct ” or “ Adult ”, then the respective type will be visible in the Shipment Label as like the previous image.
