Robust Service Type Support
- Provides support for 23 UPS service types
- Domestic and international service types
- Supports SurePost, if enabled on your UPS account

Note: Many of the specialty service types have very specific package type, package dimension, and package weight requirements. Please ensure when setting up your shipping methods that you understand the restrictions for each to ensure smooth shipping processes.
Per-Package Service Add-Ons
- On each shipping method, choose the value of items in a package at which Insurance is automatically applied or a Signature is required
- Signature Required options include:
- Direct (Must be the signature of the addressee)
- Indirect (Any signature obtained at the delivery address)
- Indirect Adult (Any signature obtained from a 21+ adult at the delivery address)
- Can also disable/enable add-ons during the put in pack step

Multi-Warehouse Account Support
- Set warehouse-specific shipping accounts for UPS
- If a warehouse is configured to use a specific account, that account will be used during the label creation process
- If a warehouse is not configured to use a specific account, the account on the shipping method will be used during the label creation process
Frequently Asked Questions
Does this support the UPS API and OAuth changes effective 06/03/24?
Yes, this module fully supports the OAuth access as well as the new REST API.
You will need to obtain your own UPS keys; follow our guide here: https://hibou.io/r/rO6
From there:
- Include Delivery Pro UPS in your Odoo code base then install
- Setup shipping methods for Delivery UPS Pro using your OAuth keys
- Update package types to be associated with the Delivery UPS Pro carrier
- Continue shipping as you normally do!
Can the same shipping account be used on multiple warehouses?
Of course! One warehouse or five, Delivery Pro UPS has you covered! Use a single account as set on the shipping method or override the account on specific warehouses.
Can my company use a customer's shipping account if they want to pay for delivery fees?
With our Hibou Suite Partner Shipping Account module (included), they sure can! With these modules installed, just go to your Contact, on the Sales & Purchase tab, select to "Add a Line" to the Shipping Accounts. A wizard will open allowing you to set up the account details. Once completed, this account can then be set on Sale Orders and Deliveries to have your customer use their own account!
I use multiple carriers. Can the UPS Pro module work alongside our other carriers?
Yes! Not only do we offer a robust UPS shipping module, but our FedEx module is also available. In fact, both can add even more functionality combined with our Sale Order Planner and Stock Delivery Planner modules!
