A new Maintenance Dashboard menu opens a tile view with the day's headline numbers, a month-wise repair trend chart, and side-by-side Pending and Repaired tables.

Four filters at the top — Responsible, Stages, Priority and Duration — narrow every tile, every chart and every table to the slice you care about, so you can move from all maintenance down to this technician's high-priority urgent jobs this week in a few clicks. Each row in the Pending and Repaired tables carries a View button that opens the request directly.
