Pending Purchase Reports Odoo application simplifies the process of managing your pending purchase orders. Imagine you've placed an order for 200 units of a product but have only received 50 so far. Our application automatically categorizes such pending orders and allows you to generate detailed reports. To create a pending purchase report, you can specify a start and end date. The system then compiles all pending purchase orders within that timeframe. You also have the flexibility to filter this report by vendor, specific products, or product categories, helping you gain deeper insights into your pending orders. The generated report can be easily exported in two formats: as a PDF file or an Excel file, providing you with a choice of how you prefer to review and share the data

A dedicated 'Pending Purchase Reports' menu is available under 'Purchase > Reporting' to print the report

Select Start Date and End Date to print the report

Filter Report By:
- Vendor
- Product
- Product Category

Print Purchase Pending Report as PDF File

Print Purchase Pending Report as Excel File
Print Report from this menu
Pending Purchase Report menu is available under Purchase > Reporting
Select Date Range and Vendor
Select start date and end date to print report by particular timeframe, If you want include particular vendor into the report then select vendors
Filter by Product
If you want include particular products into the report then select products
Filter by Product Category
If you want include products from the particular products category into the report then select product categories
Print PDF or Excel
If you want to export data as PDF then click on PDF Report, If you want to export date as Excel then click on Print Excel
