Allow User Access Rights
Allow User Access Rights for generate duplicate invoice/bills.
Customer Invoices
Go to invoices --> Select invoices and click on "Invoices Duplicate to Other Company".
After clicking on that open wizard and apply other company and states and click on the "Generate Invoices" button.
Generated duplicate invoice in 'draft' states with the applied company.
Apply Company and apply 'Posted' stated and click on the "Generate Invoices" button.

Vendor Bills
Go to Bills --> Select bills and click on "Invoices Duplicate to Other Company".
After clicking on that open wizard and apply other company and states and click on the "Generate Invoices" button.
