Allow Dynamic Pricelist view for User
From the user, there is an option to enable "show dynamic pricelist". To those users the pricelist will be visible in product tree view
Pricelist
From the settings, Make sure the pricelist is "Advanced price rule", to get this feature
In the pricelist enable "Show the pricelist in product view", then only the field will be visible in product tree view
Also make sure that the "Price computation " must be "Fixed", to get this feature
Apply on -> "All products"
When the condition choosen is "All product"
