Create Easyship API Credentials
You can create new bearer token from Easyship Dashboard menu.
Use the generated Token
copy the Bearer Token that generated for API service to use in next stage.
Configure Easyship Credentials
You can add the Easyship API url and token under the EasyShip Configuration section on each warehouse. Go to Inventory -> Configuration -> warehouses to configure API keys. Use the previously copied Token to fill in EasyShip API Token field.
Dimensions of Products
You can add the length, width and height of products. use proper unit of measures from cm/inch. Remember that these values are used for generating shipping rates.
Product Categories
You can manage and assign Easyship product categories on Odoo product category data. This category will be applied on shipping rate computation for those product with the configured category.
Choose Delivery method from Sale order
You can choose the Easyship delivery method directly from the Sale order.
Courier Rates
You can fetch the rates of couriers associated with Easyship by the 'get rates' button.
Choose Courier
You can apply the courier to your order and if you want to add the charges to the order, you can add to order.
Courier Charges to Order line
You can see an order line is added for the shipment, and now you can confirm the order.
Transfer Created
You can see the Delivery for the Sale order is Created.
Manage Transfers
You can manage the shipments created from Odoo in the EasyShip dashboard.
Easyship Info on the Transfer
You can see the Information related to the shipment under the Easyship Info tab of
Easyship Tracking on the Transfer
You can see the Tracking Information related to the shipment using the ES Tracking smart button.
Generate Label
You generate shipping label from the transfer.
Shipping Label
The Shipping label will be generated if you have enough credits.
Cancel Shipment
You can cancel the shipment if you want to cancel.
