Purchase Order from Sale Order - INKERP Sometimes it's very time-consuming to create the purchase order, same as sale order so to reduce the time we create this module here, in this module we can directly create the purchase order from the sale order and automatically cancelled & delete the purchase order while cancelling & deleting the sale order.

Create Purchase Order from Sale Order: Go to (Sales ➔ Orders ➔ Quotations/Orders). Here, open sale order and click on the "CREATE PURCHASE ORDER" button to create a purchase order from the sale order. ![]() Now, a pop up will open here, you can change the "Need to Order" qty and Cost Price of the product and also select the different Vendor and Schedule Date. ![]()
Smart Purchase Order Button: Click on the "Purchase Order" smart button to check the created Purchase Order which is always in a Draft/RFQ state. ![]() Here, in the created Purchase Order you can also see the Sale Order Reference. ![]()
By Cancelling & Deleting the Sale Order, reference Purchase Order is automatically gets Cancelled and Deleted. When we cancel and delete the sale order then the reference purchase order is automatically gets cancelled & delete if it's in the draft and confirm state. ![]() You can also check the Purchase Order Cancelled status by click on "Purchase Order" Smart Button. ![]() By deleting the sale order its reference Purchase Orders are automatically deleted. ![]()
