POS Stock Management
POS Stock Management is an all-in-one solution for businesses to streamline their point-of-sale and inventory management processes. This user-friendly app seamlessly integrates sales transactions with real-time stock updates, ensuring accurate inventory control and preventing stockouts.
Features
Real-Time Inventory Sync
With Real-Time Inventory Sync, POS Stock Management ensures that every transaction is immediately reflected in your inventory. As products are sold, stock levels are updated instantly, giving you a live snapshot of your inventory at any given moment. This feature helps businesses prevent over-selling or running out of stock unexpectedly, allowing you to make data-driven decisions and stay on top of your stock levels with ease.
Low Stock Alerts and Notifications
The Low Stock Alerts and Notifications feature ensures you never miss a restock opportunity. Whenever an itemâs stock reaches a predefined threshold, the app sends automated alerts to warn you about low inventory. This proactive system helps businesses avoid stockouts, reduce downtime, and ensure that critical products are always available for sale, enhancing customer satisfaction and maintaining smooth operations.
Customizable POS Interface
The Customizable POS Interface allows you to tailor the Point of Sale experience to suit your business needs. You can choose which product details to display, adjust the layout, and set up quick access buttons for frequently sold items.

1.) POS Stock Settings Configuration
You can customize stock display settings, including options to show the total stock, quantity thresholds for low stock alerts, and product stock location. These settings help streamline POS operations, ensuring a smooth transaction flow with live stock updates and inventory management.
2.) POS Product Management Interface
products are displayed with real-time stock quantities. Products with low stock are highlighted in red, helping users quickly identify which items need to be restocked. This view enhances the overall shopping experience by allowing staff to manage stock while making sales, ensuring accuracy in product availability.
3.) Low Stock Settings Configuration
The first screenshot shows the POS Stock settings in the system. Here, users can set the threshold for "Product Low Stock" (currently set to 5.00). The settings also allow the display of all product stock, and configuration for stock types (Qty on Hand or Virtual Qty) and stock position on the POS interface.
4.) Low Stock Products List
The third screenshot showcases the Low Stock Products List that appears when selected from the POS interface menu. This list displays products that are below the specified stock threshold. Each item is listed along with its current quantity.
5.) Allow Deny/Block Orders When Low Stock Reached
This screenshot shows the POS Stock settings, where the option Deny (Block) POS Order When Product Qty goes below is enabled and set to 2.00. This setting prevents orders from being processed if the product stock level goes below the specified threshold, ensuring that customers cannot purchase items that are out of stock. The Product Low Stock is set to 5.00, which will notify when a product's stock is low.
6.) Order Denied for Insufficient Stock in POS
the POS Interface displays an error message while trying to sell Small Shelf with a quantity of 2. The order is denied because the stock is insufficient, as indicated by the message, "This product 'Small Shelf' cannot be sold due to insufficient stock."
7.) Configuring Specific Stock Location in POS
The screenshot shows the POS Stock settings where the stock source is configured to Current POS Warehouse, with a specific warehouse location assigned (INKERP - warehouse). This ensures that the POS system will only track stock levels from the designated warehouse, helping to maintain accurate inventory management across multiple locations.
8.) Stock Quantity for Product Across Locations
This screenshot presents the inventory management screen in POS, showing [E-COM08] Storage Box stock across multiple locations. The stock is split between two locations: WH/Stock with 18 units and WARE2/Stock with 20 units, making a total of 38 units. This helps in managing inventory levels across different warehouses and locations, giving a complete view of stock availability.
9.) Product View with Stock Level Visibility in POS
This screenshot shows the POS Interface displaying products like Office Chair with 20 units in stock. Products are displayed with stock levels visible, helping the user quickly see how much inventory is available before processing sales. The interface allows for an efficient product selection and checkout process, with low-stock items clearly marked.
