Mauritius e-Invoicing POS

Every receipt your shop prints is fiscalised with the MRA the moment the sale is paid, and the MRA QR code prints on the ticket. No extra clicks for the cashier, no slowdown at the till.

Requires the Mauritius e-Invoicing module (USD 369) and Odoo Point of Sale. This add-on reuses that module's EBS connection, credential vault, audit log and tax-code mapping, and extends them to the till.

How it works
The cashier just sells. The compliance happens by itself.
Sale is paid
The order syncs to the back end. The module fiscalises it with the MRA server-side, in real time.
QR on the ticket
The MRA QR code (2cm) prints on the receipt. The IRN is stored on the order; per MRA rules it is not printed.
Never blocks a sale
If the MRA is unreachable the sale still completes; the order is marked Not Yet Fiscalised for one-click retry from the back office.

Real-time on payment
Fiscalisation runs the instant the order is paid, server-side, no cashier action.
QR on the receipt
The MRA QR prints at the mandated 2cm. Not Yet Fiscalised shows when offline.
One EBS chain
Shares the base module's session, invoice counter and SHA-256 note-hash chain, so invoices and receipts stay consistent.
Retry from back office
Any order left Not Yet Fiscalised has a one-click Fiscalise button on its back-office form.
Same audit trail
Every POS transmission lands in the same append-only MRA audit log as your invoices.

Do I need the main module too?
Yes. This is a companion to Mauritius e-Invoicing (USD 369), which holds the EBS connection, credentials and configuration. Install it first; this add-on extends it to the POS.

What if the MRA is down mid-sale?
The sale completes normally. The order is flagged Not Yet Fiscalised and you retry it in one click from the back office once the MRA is reachable. The till never freezes.

Does the IRN print on the receipt?
No. Per the MRA standard, the IRN is stored on the order for your records but only the QR code is printed on the customer receipt.
