How to Install

Go to the Odoo Apps and find the Email Configuration For Outlook module then Install it.

How to make it work

Open Settings app. Enable the Custom Email Server. In the below, Check the checkbox of Outlook Credentials and Enter Id & Secret from your Microsoft Account

Once you add Id & Secret, SAVE this settings.

Now, Go to the Users and create a new user or select an existing user. In the AUTHENTICATE section, Select Outlook OAuth Authentication.

On the right side, You can see the Outlook configuration section. Configure Outgoing & Incoming mail server

Once you configure Outgoing & Incoming mail server, click on the below button which is TEST CONNECTION. If the server is authenticated, Connection Test Successful! pop-up will appear.

Now, Log out from the Admin Account and Login to the account of the user in which Outgoing & Incoming mail were set up. Then go to the Contacts App and select the contact with whom you want to communicate.

Click on Send message, Type email text and click on SEND.

Receiver can see an email on his/her mail Inbox.

When, You reply to an email, the sender can see that particular reply message on Odoo directly.

Email Configuration For Outlook
This module helps to auto-configure the incoming and outgoing gmail authentication directly from the preferences and all users will be used.
This module allows to fetch new emails (using imap) received from the last time they were downloaded and successfully processed, in addition to 'unseen' status.
Configuration
To Enter your gmail Credentials Go to "settings" --> General settings --> Discuss -->Custom Email Servers --> Outlook Credentials -->Enter your Client ID and Client Secret --> Save.
To enable this, you have to set a "User" if it is existing or create a new "User". Go to "settings" --> Users and companies --> Users --> Create --> Save.
For Installation - Go to apps --> Search “email_configuration_for_outlook_sit” --> Install.
After Installation - Go to settings --> (Username) --> Preferences.
