Employee Birthday Wishes Email

Birthday Wish Email to Employee Odoo

This app sends greetings and wishes by email to your employee on their birthday automatically using cron job which run daily.

Main Features:

  • This app sends birthday wishes by email to an employees using cron job.
  • Cron job runs automatically daily and sends the birthday wishes email automatically on employee birthday.
  • Sample email template is created so you can modify it as well with your birthday content of birthday wishes per your requirement. Please note that email template you have to modify if you want to change content on it.
  • You have to configure email template and checkbox on department form so all the employees under that department will get mail on their birthday.
  • This app sends birthday wishes reminder by email to department manager using cron job.
  • Cron job runs automatically daily and sends the birthday wishes email automatically on employee birthday.
  • Sample email template is created so you can modify it as well with your birthday content of birthday wishes per your requirement. Please note that email template you have to modify if you want to change content on it.
  • You have to configure Birthday Reminder Days on employee settings form so department manager get reminder mail before Birthday Reminder Days of employee.
