ePaymentConnector
Seamless credit card payment solutions powered by Global Payments
Overview
ePaymentConnector is an add-on for Odoo that enables secure and reliable credit card payment processing through the Global Payments network.
Compatibility
ePaymentConnector works with Odoo Community and Enterprise (Odoo.sh and on-premise.) ePaymentConnector does not work with Odoo Online edition.

Signing Up with Global Payments
Please contact us at sales@epaymentconnector.com for help signing up as a merchant with Global Payments. Signing up with Global Payments will be required to install and configure ePaymentConnector and start using it. In the event that you have purchased and / or installed ePaymentConnector but are unable to successfully sign up with Global Payments to start using it, your purchase will be refunded within 30 business days.
Configuring ePaymentConnector
ePaymentConnector requires the xmltodict library to function properly. Install the xmltodict library by running the following command on your Odoo server:
pip install xmltodict
After you have successfully installed the ePaymentConnector app, follow these steps to configure it:
- Go to Accounting/Invoicing > Configuration > Payments > Payment Providers.
- Select ePaymentConnector from the list.
- Enable or disable the module based on your needs.
After going to the configuration page, review the various sections and settings according to your organization's requirements.
Credentials (TAB)
- Auth Key, XwebID, TID: These are merchant credentials provided by Global Payments, required to use ePaymentConnector.
- ACTIVATE: Verifies your merchant keys and generates a masked authentication key necessary for transaction authorizations. Until you successfully activate your connection using the merchant credentials from Global Payments, ePaymentConnector will not work on your website and allow payment transactions to be processed.

Checkout Process
The following steps illustrate your customers general experience as an example. Please note there may be differences between the actual experience based on the configuration, design and flow of your website.
- Select the products or services from the store.
- Proceed to the checkout page.
- Choose Credit/Debit Card as the payment method.
- Enter the payment information including the name on the card, the card number, the expiration date, and the card's code.
- Optionally, check the Save my payment details checkbox to save the payment information for future reuse.
- Confirm the payment to complete the transaction.

Saving Payment Methods
ePaymentConnector allows your customers to securely save their credit card information for quick checkout in the future. This option must be enabled and allowed by your business in the ePaymentConnector setup configuration.
