LISEO - Event Cancel Abandoned Ticket

Main features

  • If an user do a registration via the website but quit registration before filling completely the shop form, a SaleOrder is created (in draft) and a Registration is created (not confirmed).
  • These Cron cancel or delete these SaleOrder (and thus, cancel or delete these registration).
  • Please activate desired Cron after installation.

Support

Set duration of abandoned ticket

  • In Events > Configuration > Settings, go to "Registration" section
  • Set the duration of abandoned ticket (1 day by default)

Activate desired Cron after installation

  • In Settings > Technical > Automation > Scheduled Actions, search "Event"
  • Please activate "Cancel Abandoned Ticket" OR "Delete Abandoned Ticket"
  • DO NOT activate these two Scheduled Actions at the same time!

Hello Felix,

We published it a few weeks ago.
Unfortunally, something went wrong on the Odoo side with the automatic indexing.

Now, it's Ok. If you refresh the app page, you'll be able to download the module for v14.
