Employee Complaint
This module provides you to create a bridge between employee and manager for the employee issues.
In the module the employee can create issues and the manager can update the issue as pending or resolved.

Employee can create issues
Manager can update pending or resolved issues
Create an employee issue and save the issue
For create a issue Goto Issue Log --> Employee Issue.
Show issue only manager level person
On saving the issue it will automatically show to the manager level person who is accountable for causing the issue.
Manager level person have options to edit the issue or create a new issue and change the issue stage as Resolved or Pending by given buttons.
Filter, Sort and Save favourite search option
Filter, Sort and save fevourite Search options are available for saved issues.
Log notes, Scheduled an activity, Send messages
User can attach log notes, schedule an activity, and send messages to followers.
User can add attachments, followers and can see all the status updates.
Employee can be configured as User or Manager

Yes, the app works perfectly well with Odoo Enterprise (On-premise and Odoo.SH) as well as Community. Odoo Online (Cloud) does not allow installation of third-party apps and hence this app cannot be installed on Odoo Online.
