Field Service App with Sign Document
Sign Document in Field Service Management App
Field Service Sign Document Odoo App
Only Compatible with Odoo Enterprise Edition
This app allows project users/managers and customers to sign the document of work progress.
Main Features:
- Project users/managers can send the document of work progress/completion/any document to the customer by email.
- Project users/managers can also sign the document by the Sign Now button.
- Customers can read and sign the document through the mail.
- The signing of the document process is from the odoo standard Sign module. We have used the odoo standard sign module to apply field service with sign documents.

Sign Documents Button on Form View of Field Service
The Button Opens a Wizard as Shown Below
Select Document to Sign on Wizard
Signature Request Wizard (Odoo Standard) opens after clicking the Send Button from the Previous Wizard (Field Service Sign Document)
Two Options Available on Wizard Sign Now and Send(Odoo Standard)
1.Sign Now : User can immediately sign the document using this button
2.Send : Send button send the document by mail to the selected roles
After Send the Document opens the Document Page
[Note : If User is selected for signing the document then only Sign Document button shows as shown below ]
After Clicking on Sign Document Button Signing Process Start (Odoo Standard)
Document is Signed by User / Manager
Mail Send to the Customer with Sign Document Button which Provides Link of the Document
Button Opens the Document for Signing Process of Customer (Odoo Standard)
Document is Signed By Customer
Smart Button of Documents on the Form View of Task of Field Service
Smart Button Shows Signed Document
[Note : If there is only one document then smart button shows document and if there are more than one document smart button shows Kanban view of Sign Request ]
