Store file uploads (authenticated, public) in Forms as its attachments

Installation Requirements
  • Forms (formio) module version >= 8.15
  • PyPi package formio-data version >= 0.3.8
    pip3 install -U formio-data

Form Builder

Configure (default) JS Options

Add and configure File Component

Form

File component - Upload single or multiple files

File upload(s) stored as Attachments

Visit the online Demo

Click the Live Preview button in the top.

Unfortunately no video tutorial.

I assume the screenshots make it clear how to configure the file component.

odoo 16 and it completely broke my forms. i had to reinstall a backup to get it to work again. once i installed the python part and the module. i couldnt use forms anymore at all.

Is this just a v16 thing?

Please provide more info about the issue.

Did you got any errors in the Odoo server log or browser / client?
Does the issue also broke the form builder?
