This module adds FAQ about products on the website
App Features
- Displays a drop-down form on the product page
- Multi-language support
- HTML tags can be added to answers

Configuration
To access the settings go to Website -> Settings -> and go to section of Product FAQ:
You can configure the following application parameters:
- Number of published questions to be displayed on product page
- Send an email to internal users when a question is created on the website
- Sharing or not the same question about the same product on different websites
- Notify the customer with an email when their question is published
Usage
Below each product is a list of frequently asked questions for the product, to display the form click on the "Ask a question" button:
If the customer is registered, the email and name will be defined automatically
To manage all questions, go to eCommerce -> Questions & Answers:
Each question and answer created records the date, language, website and product from which the form was created. By answering and posting, the question is automatically displayed on the product page:
Tips to keep in mind when posting a question:
- The only valid status to display the answered question on the web is "Published"
- Who and when the question was published is saved
- You cannot edit a published question, you have to return to "Draft" status
- If the option is enabled in the configuration, an e-mail will be automatically sent to the customer when the question is published
- Only users with "Publisher" or "Administrator" permission can post questions

Each internal user can be assigned access to the application:
These are the permissions that a user can have:
- User: They can only see the questions, they cannot modify or manage them
- Respondent: They can only modify the questions when it is in "Draft" status, they cannot change the status of the question
- Publisher: You can modify the questions and you can publish them
- Admin: You can post, mark as draft and delete questions
