All in one Cancel & Delete
All in on Cancel and Delete Sales Order, Purchase Order,Picking, Deliver Orders, Customer Invoice,Vendor Bills, Manufacturing Orders, Point of Sales (POS) orders and Journal Entries.
After installing the module go to the Settings --> Then go to the Users menu Next select the specific user --> In Access Rights, check on the Cancel And Delete Features --> Save
Create New Sale Order
Validate Sale Order Delivery
Create Sale Order Invoice
Manufacturing Order and then confirm
Purchase Order and then confirm it
After this go to the Purchase Order > Validate the Receipt
Purchase Order > create Vendor Bill.
After clicking on the Cancel All button, the Sale Order along with its Delivery, Invoicing, Manufacturing, Vendor Bill And Purchase Order with Receipt will be cancelled.
There will be a pop-up which will ask for the confirmation.
Cancel Sale Order.
Cancel Sale Order Delivery.
Cancel Sale Order Invoice.
Cancel Journal Entry.
Cancel Manufacture Order.
Cancel Purchase Order.
Cancel Purchase Order Receipt.
Cancel Purchase Order Vendor Bill.
Cancel Vendor Bill Journal Entry.
After clicking on the 'Delete All' button, the Sale Order along with its Delivery, Invoicing, Manufacturing, Vendor Bill And Purchase Order with Receipt will be deleted.
There will be a pop-up which will ask for the confirmation
Deleted Record
You can see that SO0048 has been deleted.
If you want to cancel multiple Sale Order then Configure Setting >The Cancel And Delete Order
Configuration.
Select multiple Sale Order Then Click Action Button Cancel Order With all.
Cancel Selected Sale Order
Select multiple Sale Order Then Click Action Button Delete Order With all.
Deleted Selected Sale Order
Go to Create New Purchase Order
After that validate the purchase order receipt and then Create Vendor Bill.
If you want to cancel purchase order with receipt and vendor bill then click on the 'Cancel all' button.
Cancel purchase order with receipt,vendor bill and journal Entry
If you want to delete purchase order with receipt and vendor bill then click on the 'Delete' button.
If you Want to Cancel multiple purchase order then Configure Setting > The Cancel And Delete Order
Configuration.
If you want Cancel multiple purchase order with receipt,vendor bill and journal Entry > Select multiple
purchase order then click on the action button Cancel Purchase Order With Receipt And Bill Invoice.
Cancel Selected Invoice
If you want to cancel multiple purchase order with receipt,vendor bill and journal Entry > Select
multiple
purchase order then click on the action button Delete Purchase Order With Receipt And Bill Invoice.
Delete Selected Invoice.
Go to Create New Invoice
If you want to cancel Invoice with Journal Entries and Journal Items then click on Cancel button.
If you want to delete Invoice with Journal Entries and Journal Items then click on Delete button.
If you Want Cancel Multiple Invoice Then Configure Setting > Cancel And Delete Order Configuration.
If you want to cancel multiple invoice with Journal Entries and Journal Items > Select multiple Invoice
then click on the action button Cancel Invoice.
Cancel Selected Invoice
If you want to delete multiple invoice Journal Entries and Journal Items> Select multiple Invoice then
click on the action button Delete Invoice.
Delete Selected Invoice.
Go to Create New Delivery
If you want to cancel delivery then click on Cancel button.
If you want to delete delivery then click on Delete button.
If you want to cancel multiple delivery then Configure Setting > Cancel And Delete Order Configuration.
If you want to cancel multiple delivery > Select multiple delivery then click on the action button Cancel Delivery.
If you want to delete multiple delivery > Select multiple delivery then click on the action Button Delete Delivery.
Go to Create New Manufacture Order
If you want to cancel Manufacture Order then click on Cancel button.
If you want to delete Manufacture Order then click on Delete button.
If you want to Cancel Multiple Manufacture Order then Configure Setting > Cancel And Delete Order
Configuration.
If you want to cancel multiple Manufacture Order > Select multiple Manufacture Order then click on the
action button Cancel Mrp Order.
If you want to delete multiple Manufacture Order > Select multiple Manufacture Order then click on the
action button Delete Mrp Order.
Go to Create New Pos Order
If you want to cancel Pos Order and Pos Order Invoice then click on Cancel button.
If you want to delete Pos Order and Pos Order Invoice then click on Delete button.
If you want to cancel Multiple Pos Order Configure Setting > Cancel And Delete Order Configuration.
If you want to cancel multiple Pos Order with invoice > Select multiple Pos Order then click on the
action button Cancel Pos Order.
If you want to delete multiple Pos Order with invoice > Select multiple Pos Order then click on the
action button Delete Pos Order.
