Default Notes

This module alows you to set default notes on sales order and purchase order.

Configuration for default notes

"Default Notes" for sale and purchase can be configured from respective app settings as shown in below images.

Settings Default Note for Sale Order

You can configure it in sales settings under "Quotation & Orders" section. you can also translate default terms , so it will be set and printed as per customer's language on Sale Order.

You can configure it in Purchase settings under "Orders" section. You can also translate default terms , so it will be set and printed as per Vendor's language on Purchase Order.

Default note in sale order

Sale default note will be automatically set in the note field when a new sale order is created.

Purchase default note will be automatically set in the note field when a new Purchase order is created.

Default notes in reports also

Default notes are also printed in the reports as shown in below images.

Default note will automatically filled in new purchase order and it is also printed in purchase order report when user print the report of purchase order shown in below image.
