Website Portal Sale Order Cancel

By using this app website admin can allow customer to cancel sales orders. The full access of the cancelation of order have the website admin cause admin also configure it how many days till customer can cancel the orders.

  • When customer is cancelling the sales order it will open a window to write the cancellation  reason.

Configuration of the app

To use cancellation of order feature website admin must configure it in the settings. in the sales section find new section named "eCommerce" here you find a new field "Allow customer to Cancel Sales Order", admin must select it to allow customer to cancel order. And admin also have the configuration here for how much days till customers can cancel the order.

Cancel order on website

user can cancel the order by using the "Cancel" button on the quotation and sales orders also.


 

Give reason of order cancellation

User can give feedback in the text-box and cancel the order by clicking "Cancel" button.

 

Order Cancelled by website side

Order is also cancelled on admin side

When user cancelled the order it cancelled on admin side also.

Admin receive the cancellation reason

Sales order cancellation reason will view on the admin side. When user write the reason of cancel the order and click the "Cancel" button then the order reason will sent to the admin. It helps to know the feedback of customer and better customer service.
