Odoo Woocommerce Connector
Connect your Woocommerce website with Odoo ERP. Automate and synchronize all your data in few clicks with our 2 way Integration. An advanced and Pro connector by Globalteckz with over 10+ years of experience. This Bridge is fully customizable according to your business requirements.

Features

Before initiating to use the module you need to integrate the connector via API keys for that you need to generate the API from Woocommerce following are the list of first steps towards the integration. In your Woocommerce backend you need to go into Woocommerce > Settings > and then click on API as showed in the figure.

Once you click on the API button you need to Enable the Rest API once you enable you can click on Save Button.

You need to create the API key which will be interacting with Odoo ERP software for that you can go into settings Click on Add keys A pop up will open where you need to put the user name and provide permissions. Kindly document these keys well in your email or any folder.


After installing the module you can see there is Woocommerce Menu created where in WooCommerce menu you can start creating the instance
Click on WooCommerce instance a form will open

Click on Create button to create a new instance

Put the name of your instance, Location, User name & password After putting all the information you can click on Save button.


Once you click on Save button you can test your connection by clicking on Test Connector button
If everything is added properly you will received a message on the same page Test connection Successful, You can proceed with the synchronization.
Incase the connection is not successful you can correct the information added.
After testing the connection you need to create WooCommerce store in Odoo which will come based on the number of WooCommerce stores you hold. Click on Create stores button and all the stores will be created in Odoo ERP.
Below is the image which showcases the points and steps to follow for the base set up of Odoo WooCommerce connector.

You can check your WooCommerce Shops in Odoo by clicking on WooCommerce Shops in the below image we have 1 WooCommerce shop right now in this demo but there can be multiple based on setup.

To check the store you can click in the configuration > shops

You can also check the woocommerce information tab for details on the last import dates for attributes, products, inventory, messages etc.




You can create your own workflows based on your organization business processes to create or manage your workflows you can click on

A form will open where you can put all the information for the workflow you needed.


LETS START WITH WOOCOMMERCE SYNCHRONIZATION WITH ODOO ERP
To initiate your sync you can go into the dashboard where you can see the list of shops and respective number of orders, Pending orders, completed orders in one single screen. There can be multiple dash board based on the number of stores you have.

For the first time operation you need to import the attribute first you can also import everything in one go by check boxing the features you want to import from woocommerce to Odoo ERP. You can select the Shops too from where you want the import in one go.

Once selected you can click on run button
Importing Attributes
>After clicking on Run button you can go into Attribute to check the imported attributes.

Importing of Categories
After importing all the attributes sets you can now import the categories of your WooCommerce Categories by clicking on Import categories button

Here as you can see we have imported all the list of product categories from WooCommerce to Odoo.

You can click on any given categories to check the details which have been imported from WooCommerce to Odoo.

Importing Customers
The next part is importing Customers into Odoo from WooCommerce for that you can click on "import Customer" Button and click run.

Importing Products
The next part is importing Products from WooCommerce into Odoo for that you can click on "Import Product " Button

Here you can see we have imported list of Products that has been imported from WooCommerce to Odoo

The product import also includes the import of Product Variants

You can check the details of the product by clicking on respective product. This includes all the information you have kept on your WooCommerce store products.
Importing Inventory
After importing the Product we can also import Product Stock from WooCommerce to Odoo by clicking on "Import Inventory Button"

Importing Carriers
After importing the Inventory we can also import Carriers from WooCommerce to Odoo by clicking on "Import Carrier Button"The last feature is importing the images of Magento Products in Odoo for that you can click on import images button

Detailing on carriers can be found in specific carriers
Importing Payment methods
After importing the Carriers you can also import Payment Methods from WooCommerce to Odoo by clicking on "Import Payments Method Button"

Importing Orders
After importing the Payment methods you can also import Orders from WooCommerce to Odoo by clicking on Import Order Button you can see the last imported order date and time. If you dont want to do it manually we can also run Schedulers for automatic import in 1 minute, 1 hour, 1 day, 1 week etc. based on the capacity of orders

In the below image you can see that we have imported all the Sales order from WooCommerce into Odoo

Detailing on each Sales order can be found in specific sales order imported including the order lines.


LETS START WITH UPDATE FUNCTIONS FROM ODOO TO WOOCOMMERCE
This update features help you to update details of products from Odoo to woocommerce, there are time when you update categories of your products, or change any product data, inventory, order status. You dont need to go into woo commerce everything can be handle from single Odoo screen only.
To initiate Updates you can go into the dashboard where you can click on the update button. There can be multiple dashboard based on the number of stores you have.

You can update the categories, Update Product Data, Product images, Product inventory, Order status from Odoo to Woocommerce.

LETS START WITH EXPORT FUNCTIONS FROM ODOO TO WOOCOMMERCE
This update features help you to export details of customers, Categories, Products, Orders etc. from Odoo to woocommerce, there are time when you want to export the data from Odoo to WooCommerce your products, or change any product data, inventory, order status. You dont need to go into woo commerce everything can be handle from single Odoo screen only as discussed. To initiate Export you can go into the dashboard where you can click on the Export button. There can be multiple dashboard based on the number of stores you have.

You can Export the Customers, Categories, Products, Orders from Odoo to Woocommerce.

Once you have created a new product in Odoo then you can run your export
