Two types of user roles: Administrator and Officer
Install
Please install Helpcrunch
Setting
Please click Setting, Activate the developer mode and go Technical/System Parameter
For api key and url (https://api.helpcrunch.com/v1/messages) pls go to https://helpcrunch.com/ and in your profile find in setting
Configuration
Configure roles for the administrator
Configure roles for the managers
Helpcrunch settings:
- Please reloaded page and go to
"Helpcrunch" module
- After the previous settings, if someone writes you in your viber bot, you will see a message from odoo bot discuss
- To create a channel and start a conversation, just press the button
- You can add Crm lead (if exist button hide), press button Add Crm lead
- You can add users to the chat group
