Enable Feature Access
Enable the Helpdesk Timesheet Management option to control user access. The Manager role is the primary authority for handling and approving tickets, while Team Leads can also approve.

Time Tracking Integration

Multiple Timer Restriction
Strictly enforces a single active timer per user when the "Multiple Tasks Allowed” setting is disabled, ensuring data accuracy and preventing overlapping time entries.
Multiple Session Control
Now we enable the ability to run multiple timers concurrently via global settings.
Kanban View of Active Sessions
As the "Multiple Tasks Allowed" setting is enabled, the Kanban view displays multiple tasks running simultaneously. In this view, more than one active timer can be seen at the same time, providing clear visibility and efficient management of parallel work sessions.
End Ticket Wizard
When the default description setting is enabled, the End Ticket Wizard automatically pre-fills the description field.
